Tutorial

 1:  Open GTA V in Normally As usual in fullscreen  

2: When u have loaded online successfully open the downloaded rar  

 3: Extract those files to Desktop and Open the Segs Loader as Administraor and make sure u turned off ur antivirus 

after opening the segs launcher u get 2 options "get key" and "login "

 4: Press on getting KEY to open the from linkvertise and complete the process of linkvertise that redirect to download the critical page, Copy the key from the page and paste it into the field of the segs launcher 

 5: Press Login Press OK When u see the "Crashu" prompt dialogue appears, then if u have already opened gtav, select Direct and press inject .

 6: Wait till it loads online and while it injects, after it injects successfully in cmd, open gta v, and Press the INSERT key to open the Menu to Change the Options Press PAGEUP OR PAGEDOWN

If you have previously downloaded the obb file for this mod menu, there is no need to download it again. That's what you need Just change the name of your existing file by one letter Then delete the expired mod apk and install the new one  again rename the obb file as before
